The Nurse is available upon request. Please contact the Board of Health to speak with the Town Nurse 508-336-2950.
The responsibilities for the town nurse are as follows:
- Implementing flu clinic for the residents of Seekonk in conjunction with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
- Provides wellness clinics including glucose and blood pressure screening.
- Performs communicable disease surveillance, and mandates infection control investigations.
- Conducts home visits as necessary, provide follow up and assessment needs of homebound Seekonk residents.
